My Name is Gourav and I am working in LIC from last 14 years , I am a Development Officer in LIC of India and I am in L.I.C for recruitment, training and development of persons who want to work with LIC as Insurance Agents, As per Local conception, the job of an insurance agent /advisor is to procure LIC business only But its a Task of securely planning one family finances and security along with his short term and long term finance strategy and we  train LIC advisor with all that knowledge and experience of solving actual financial problems in one persons life such as secure retirement, pensions, tax consultancy along with achieving his family future financial needs such as children education and marriage planning and we do this by recruiting people from Udhampur, Katra, Reasi, and Ramnagar giving them training and specialise knowledge and opportunity to make a career in LIC of India
